Hello!!I am Melissa Seward and I am a PROUD Northside Middle School teacher. I am ready for a fun and productive year. I am GEORGIA GROWN, and I have been teaching for 27 years. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from Valdosta State University. This is my 15th year at NMS, and I will be teaching 7th Grade Life Science on the Eagles Team. I have always had a passion for teaching and a heart for this age group. I love to spend my free time with my family doing various outdoor activities, catching up on the latest Netflix shows, and traveling. I am blessed with an amazing husband who is an administrator at WRHS and two handsome sons: Joseph (24 - Georgia Southern University) and Jordan (18 – Georgia Southern University). #happythankfulblessedteacher
